Feature Article:

The Faith Of A Mustard Seed?

“If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”

- Matthew 17:20

I’m sure most of you have encountered this quote from Jesus, or some version of it. But what does it really mean?

A common interpretation, and the one that I believed for many years, is that if you have even the tiniest amount of faith, you can move mountains or accomplish anything else you set your mind to.

But my personal interpretation of this quote has taken two right turns since I first heard it. My first re-interpretation was that a mustard seed, which is tiny, simply knows without a shadow of a doubt that it will grow up into a mustard plant. It has absolute and utter faith that it will become a big beautiful plant with lovely yellow flowers. It doesn’t think, “Gee, I wonder if I’ll ever succeed at being a mustard plant!” So, this would make the statement mean, “If you have as much faith as a mustard seed has (absolute faith), then you will be able to move mountains.” I liked it! But I still had trouble believing it.

Then the other night, my interpretation veered in an entirely new direction. My twin brother and I were talking on the phone about this very passage. Mind you, none of us kids were ever introduced to The Bible by our parents – God was discussed exactly once in our household, if I recall. In fact, I vividly remember being kicked out of Sunday School after only one class. We were discussing someone who was having a terrible time, and all the other kids said that this person should “welcome Jesus into her heart”. When it was my turn, I said she should get a shrink. I was twelve years old at the time (hey, what did I know?). Since then, of course, my spiritual beliefs have changed significantly, and I’m no longer an atheist by any stretch.

So as I was saying, my twin and I were talking about this faith thing, and mustard seeds. All of the sudden we both wondered what properties are unique to a mustard seed? What would make Jesus pick this particular seed? We knew it was a very small seed, but other than that…?

My brother said, “I wonder if it spreads like crazy…I’m going to go look it up!” And with that, he hung up. He called back a few minutes later and excitedly confirmed that indeed, it spreads like a weed!

Field of Wild Mustard FlowersThis is a photo of a field about five miles from our house, about twenty acres just sprawling with mustard.

To take it one step further, the spread of a mustard plant is exponential…one seed produces many seeds, which then produce many more, until eventually you have thousands of plants. It’s a generational thing – spawning acres of the plant in a fairly short timeframe, at the expense of all other crops.

I encountered yet another interpretation when I was doing a little research myself. Apparently, the mustard seed is immune to the characteristics of other plants around it, which is not the case with the majority of other plants. For instance, many plants cannot grow near a toxic black walnut tree, because they will absorb the toxins of the tree and die. But the mustard plant will not be affected by any nearby tree or other plant. It’s immune to everything around it. Not only that, but the mustard seed can apparently remain dormant, and then germinate up to 60 years later! If that is not steadfast, I don’t know what is.

So what does all of this have to do with faith? Once you plant one tiny seed of faith by visualizing a small desire, you will reap a small harvest of results (say, a free meal at a nice restaurant, or an extra $50). That small harvest of results will in turn create several more seeds of faith, which you then plant in the rich soil of the not-yet-physical world. There they grow and develop, with your strong desire and laser-like focus on them.

But you don’t want to dig them up on a daily basis to see if they have sprouted! Just leave them be, and know that they will sprout when they’re ready. And in due time, they pop up out of the ground and eventually create a beautiful plant. This crop produces even more “seeds of faith” for you, which you can then plant at will, knowing with absolute belief and expectation that you will “grow” even more results of your liking!

Not only that, but once you build strong faith that the Universe is there to help you achieve your dreams, every step of the way, that faith is unshakeable (immune). No matter what anyone says or does to you, you are strong enough in your trust and expectation that you will have all your needs and all desires met, every time, without fail.

So go plant some of those wonderful seeds yourself. And from one small act of faith, before you know it your entire "field" will be covered with positive results that crowd out any other possible outcome!

A Special Message:

You Are All Loved

By Harold W. Becker
(Universe Of Power Advisory Council Member)

HaroldBeckerI come to you today with a reflection and reminder of how special, important and loved you are. I also come with encouragement and knowing that one by one and day by day we are building a new world together based on peace and love. Despite all outer appearances to the contrary, each of us is steadily remembering how to come from our heart with unconditional love which is altering the very course of humanity.

Funny thing about appearances, they are rarely what they appear to be. Our hearts and minds are opening and we are beginning to see beyond the immediate physical reality and world of effects only. We are realizing the causal nature of our thoughts and feelings as a manifestation of a long curious journey based on separation, lack, fear and doubt. Each limited personal thought and feeling we held in the past has added to the present conditions surrounding us. This also means that for each thought and feeling we presently hold in peace and unconditional love, we are creating a new journey and future filled with these qualities.

Amidst the seeming chaos, strife, arrogance and ignorance being played out locally and globally, we are coming face to face with perhaps the greatest opportunity ever presented to choose unconditional love as our personal and collective view and to finally recognize the entire human earth family as one. Never before have so many beings resided at one time on this planet with such diverse personal and cultural beliefs, understandings, conditioning, heritage, and.... potential.

Some 15 years ago I developed a rather different and perhaps unconventional definition for unconditional love and shared it in my first book, Internal Power - Seven Doorways to Self Discovery. Seeking a practical definition, I chose to understand and evolve each of the two words "unconditional" and "love" to their core essence of meaning. Then combining them into one idea I realized a useful insight for applying this profound perspective found in this unique combination of two words. My definition simply stated - "unconditional love is an unlimited way of being".

This definition doesn't necessarily speak to the typical expected response or popular collective understanding of most cultures. Instead it reveals something more important - the individual potential that resides within each of us every moment. It merely asks that we approach each moment with clarity and right perspective and recognize the vast unlimited possibilities to choose a new way of thinking and feeling.

Such a sense of profound love comes when we first forgive and accept ourselves for all our limiting beliefs, mistakes, judgments and misunderstandings and apply the “unconditional” to us personally. We recognize our self worth, value our talents, and allow our selves to be who we are rather than what we think others wish us to be. In turn, we naturally understand those around us and extend our helping hand without condition, judgment or expectation. We see ourselves in the reflection of another and know that everyone deserves to love and be loved without condition.

By embracing the present moment with openness we realize and know we have the solutions and answers already within us. We begin building a reality that is based on love, wisdom and power in perfect balance. For each step we take personally, we impact the world with this amazing energy of love.

Unconditional love turns hope into knowing in a collective reality that is often seen as hopeless or seemingly impossible to overcome. When you know something is possible you empower this to manifest with your very being. So know from now on that you are loved and loving and see how the world responds to your light and knowing. Watch how your peace and strength is sought out by others and how the limitless love you have to share is the love you receive in return.

You are all so amazing... thank you for your compassion, courage and vision to make this a better world for all of us.

Love, light and peace,

Science in the News:

Shining the Spotlight on Dark Matter

NASA Image of Galaxy CollisionThe hunt for the elusive Dark Matter (read more here) has lead researchers to make a significant discovery that may in fact be the first observable evidence that Dark Matter exists.

When scientists 'weigh' the universe, they run into an interesting problem. The weight is too low to account for the gravity necessary to keep the universe together. In fact, as much as 90% of the needed 'weight' (or mass) of the universe must be coming from something else other than the visible matter.

Enter Dark Matter

Dark matter is so named because it can't be seen directly, but scientists theorize that it must exist, or else all the galaxies in the universe would simply fly apart under the extreme heat and speeds they travel. There simply isn't enough gravity in the observable matter of a galaxy to hold it together.

Dark matter is theorized to be a form of matter that does not interact with ordinary matter (planets pass right through it like it wasn't there), but that exerts a gravitational attraction on normal matter. Thus it is theorized that dark matter pervades galaxies and its gravitational attraction is what holds the galaxies together.

The hunt for dark matter has been a difficult one, because it cannot be seen. So scientists have been looking not for the dark matter itself, but for the effects it can have on normal visible matter.

But now, a team of scientists working with NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory has found direct evidence that dark matter is real.

Doug Clowe of the University of Arizona, as well as astronomers with Chandra, the Hubble Space Telescope, the European Southern Observatory's Very Large Telescope, and the Magellan telescopes, all set their sights on a galaxy cluster nicknamed the "Bullet Cluster." The cluster was an exciting target because of its unique distribution of gas clouds and stars, and its potential for harboring dark matter.

The amount of matter, or "mass," in a galaxy is made up mostly of the gas that surrounds it. Stars, planets, moons and other objects have an effect, but a majority of the mass still comes from the hot, glowing clouds of hydrogen and other gases.

When the Bullet Cluster's galaxies crossed and merged together, their stars easily continued on their way unscathed since the stars are spaced so widely apart.

The gas clouds from the merging galaxies, however, smashed into each other. And as they ran together, the rubbing and bumping of their gas molecules caused friction to develop. The friction slowed the clouds down, while the stars they contained kept right on moving. Before long, the galaxies slipped out of the gas clouds and into clear space. (See the image above. The purple haze shows dark matter flanking the "Bullet Cluster." )

With the galaxies in open space, stripped of their gas clouds, Chandra scientists found dark matter hiding.

The scientists used various means to determine the mass of the visible matter in the gas-stripped galaxies.

Dark matter revealed itself when the team tried a technique called "gravitational lensing" in which stars and galaxies of high mass can bend light toward them from other sources (sort of like rolling a metal ball past a magnet). The amount of extra light can be calculated and tells astronomers about the size of the galaxy.

An odd thing happened in this case: the galaxies lit up far too much for their size.

The image of the Bullet Cluster above shows that the majority of the mass is centered over the galaxies (blue), away from most of the ordinary matter—the hot gas (red).

Having already calculated the mass of the galaxies using other methods, the results from gravitational lensing showed the galaxies are bending much more light toward themselves than they should be able to with their calculated mass. Some unseen force was bending more light than just the visible matter of the galaxy.

"If there was no dark matter, then the blue and the red clouds would be on top of each other, as the hot gas has most of the visible mass which we see in the system," said Clowe.

"What you can see clearly, though, is that the gravitational lensing signal is located near the galaxies and is not located near the gas clouds. What this tells us is there has to be dark matter present to explain this," he continued.

So for the first time in history, scientists were able to directly see the effects of dark matter.

"These results prove that dark matter exists," declared Clowe.

Much more research is needed to determine exactly WHAT dark matter is, but this research represents the first steps toward that end.

A sight for sore eyes...

Do we really perceive reality the same way all the time? Research conducted by the University of Virginia by Dr. Dennis Proffitt says NO!

In a study in which scientists looked at the effects of fatigue, physical ability, and potential harm on how we perceive our environment, it was found that people have a natural tendency to view hills as steeper when they are tired, less physically fit, or burdened with a heavy load. Additionally, hills appear steeper and the ground farther away when there is a perceived risk of injury.

Professor Dennis Proffitt attributed this altered view of reality as an instinctive need to conserve energy and to protect ourselves from harm.

In effect, how we feel about our ability, our health, or ourselves affects what we see and how we view the reality around us. If we are confident of our ability, hills appear less steep, but if we are not, then they appear as mountains.

So not only do we create our reality through thoughts, we see our reality through the filter of those same thoughts.

For Mind & Body:

Cell Phones on the Brain

In a recent study published in the Annals of Neurology, Dr. Paolo Rossini of Fatebenefratelli hospital in Italy reported that cell phone emissions excite the part of the brain cortex nearest to the phone. While most research shows that cell phone use has no detrimental effects nor any long term health implications, Dr. Rossini's study indicates that the brain is capable of receiving and reacting to the electromagnetic fields that are produced by cell phones.

In his study, Dr. Rossini had 15 volunteers use a cell phone for 45 minutes. In 12 of the 15, the cells in the motor cortex adjacent to the cell phone showed excitability during phone use, but returned to normal within an hour afterwards. Cells opposite the cell phone showed no increased activity.

The researchers stressed that they had NOT shown that cell phone use is bad for the brain in any way, and it may in fact be beneficial. But, with over 730 million cell phones expected to be sold in 2006, and nearly 2 billion already in use, Dr. Rossini says, "Further studies are needed to better circumstantiate these conditions and to provide safe rules for the use of this increasingly more widespread device."

The research does, however, demonstrate that the human body, and in this case the brain, is capable of receiving and reacting to energetic stimulus. While traditionally, cells have always been viewed as reacting to only chemical and/or electrical stimulus, research is increasing showing that the cells in our body are capable of reacting to other energy forms such as radio waves.

As Dr. Bruce Lipton (author of The Biology of Belief - see review below) suggests, the cells in our body are constantly communicating with their environment using 'signals' from the outside, and that some of these signals may in fact be forms of external energy waves.

Strange that science is only now realizing that energy affects biology, when ancient teachings have been saying it for centuries.

Mind Over Matter: Guided Imagery and Chronic Pain

A significant number of people world-wide suffer from chronic pain, which affects every aspect of their lives, and often results in depression. But a study published in the journal Pain Management Nursing indicates that pain can be mastered by the mind.

In a study conducted at Kent State University, nursing professor Wendy Lewandowski tracked the experience of 44 patients being treated for chronic pain.

Patients in one group listened to a seven-minute audio tape that helped them to relax, focus on the sensory images their pain evoked, and then guided them to change the sensory images, a technique known as 'guided imagery'.

While the control group showed little to no improvement, the patients involved in the guided imagery described their pain as ultimately more tolerable or easier to control.

A Hearty Dose of Meditation

Research has already shown that meditation is beneficial in lowering stress and reducing high blood pressure, but now recent research is indicating that Transcendental Meditation can also aid in reducing several other factors that contribute to heart attacks.

In a sixteen week study of patients with heart disease, Maura Paul-Labrador of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles found that subjects who practiced meditation had significantly better improvements in blood pressure, glucose and insulin levels, as well as a more stable functioning of the autonomic nervous system.

These effects were accomplished without changes in body weight, medication or environment.

The test subjects participated in the Vedic tradition of Transcendental Meditation (TM), and attended lectures, group meetings and individual classes, while being directed to practice the relaxation technique at home.

Stress is one of the major causes attributed to heart disease, with low levels of physical activity and poor diet also contributing to the condition. The study indicates that TM does not directly alter the stress itself, but actually appears to alter the patient's response to the stress. Thus, through meditation, the body is better able to process the stresses of 'modern' life, thus preventing damaging prolonged changes in physiology.

As TM masters have been saying all along, meditation brings the body into harmony with itself, and with the world around it.

A Lack of Confidence, Not Age,
Affects Memory

It seems that it's almost 'law' in our society that we will slowly lose our memory with age. But that belief may have more to do with the loss of memory, than with age itself.

In a new study by Brandeis University, researchers found that one's sense of control is a major factor in age-related losses in memory.

The study, funded by the National Institute on Aging, involved 335 adults, ages 21 to 83, who were asked to recall a list of 30 words. In the study, middle-aged and older adults that believed they had good memories demonstrated significantly better recall ability than those who did not.

The study reveals that how we perceive our abilities has a strong correlation with the functioning of those abilities. If we believe we can remember, we will. Unfortunately, society has 'programmed' people to believe that memory loss, among other abilities, are inevitable as we age.

As lead author Margie Lachman states:

"Thus, we find an increase with age in beliefs that memory declines are an inevitable, irreversible, and uncontrollable part of the aging process. These beliefs are detrimental because they are associated with distress, anxiety, and giving up without expending the effort or strategies needed to support memory."

In fact, even young people have problems with memory performance, but lacking the social 'laws of age', they simply chalk it up to external distractions or other external forces. Unfortunately, older adults are more likely to view memory difficulties, even thought caused by the same external forces, as an inevitable fact of aging or even a warning sign of Alzheimer's disease, leading to anxiety and stress.

To believe in one's self, is to better one's self!

Ask Mr. Photon:

Q: Why is it that some celestial bodies are 'suns' and others are 'planets'?

A: It's all a matter of attraction!

Or rather, an attraction of matter.

Cradle of Stars from the Sabaru telescopeWhile there is still a lot we don't know about the dynamics of planet and star formation, the basic principles are well understood. Most people view the universe as a collection of stars and planets, with a few comets and asteroids sprinkled in for good measure. But the truth is that the universe is more dust than star or planet. In fact, most of the mass of a galaxy is in the dust that surrounds it, rather than in the stars and planets. (See the S106 nebula at the left)

Enter the Law of Attraction

So what happens to all this dust? That's where gravity enters the picture. All matter has gravity, and the more mass, the more gravity. Thus a one inch cube of lead would have more gravity than a one inch cube of aluminum.

Accretion DiskIt is this gravitational attraction that causes this comic dust to gather together. And as it does, it becomes denser, and thus possesses more gravity, which causes the dust to be drawn even closer together, further increasing its density. As this cycle continues, an accretion disc is formed. (See right)

The accretion disk marks the beginning of the formation of the proto-star. If there is enough matter in the disk, and it continues to be attracted towards the center, eventually it may reach a point where it becomes so compressed at the center that it gets hot enough to trigger nuclear reactions.

M16 NebulaIf the young star has a large enough amount of dust still surrounding it, then this dust may, over time, congeal together under gravitational attraction to form asteroids - and if enough matter is present, into full planets.

Nebulas, like M16 to the left, are the star nurseries of galaxies, rapidly (from a cosmic view point) turning out new stars.

Planets like Pluto...oops, sorry!

Dwarf planets like Pluto (which sadly, just recently lost its status as a "grownup" planet) probably joined our solar system much later in its history, though this is really only speculation at this point. The irregular path of Pluto, though, seems to indicate that it was captured, and not created during the formation of our solar system.

How old is our Sun? Well, it's about middle aged, around 4.5 billion years old. So relax, you have about another 5 billion years to make your travel plans before it runs out of fuel.

Need to know the science behind the claims?
Just Ask Mr. Photon!

Unleashing The Power Of Consciousness,
Matter And Miracles

by Dr. Bruce H. Lipton

While much of what the Universe Of Power focuses on is the linkage between quantum physics and consciousness, Dr. Bruce Lipton takes an entirely different approach. In The Biology of Belief, Dr. Lipton walks the reader through the biology of life, in a simple and non-technical fashion. His excellent descriptions allow even the most uninitiated to understand the inter-workings of the cell and our bodies.

Most people are taught that DNA controls who we are and what our body is. But this is NOT the case. The Human Genome Project revealed that humans possess only a fraction of the DNA needed to 'make' a human body, so where does the rest of the information come from? Something else must control what we are. The Biology of Belief shows that DNA is not the brain of our cells, nor the determining factor that 'makes' us, but that DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts.

Dr. Lipton combines the latest research in cellular biology and quantum physics to show that our bodies can be changed as we retrain our thinking.

Dr. Lipton concludes with the amazing revelation that our bodies, and EVERY one of fifty trillion cells within them are receiving signals from somewhere else, somewhere outside of our bodies. And he demonstrates that the uniquely keyed receptors on every cell are tuned to that special 'frequency', much as a radio is tuned to a specific station. As an example, Dr. Lipton tells of a transplant recipient that, following surgery to implant the organs, suddenly developed a desire for french fries and motorcycles. Strangely, the donor's family said that those were the most favorite things in their son's life. So were his transplanted cells communicating with him even after he died?

You can learn more on Dr. Lipton's site!

People in the Spotlight:

Introducing Nancy Polites,
LCSW, EFT-ADV

Sid SniderHi, I’m Nancy Polites. I have been a Life Coach and Energy Therapist for many years. Based in Southern California, I coach many clients in person and over the phone throughout the United States. Using EFT as my primary mode of treatment, I teach people to help themselves with physical or emotional pain, anxiety, stress, fears, phobias, weight-release problems, to name just a few problems that we all experience. Focusing on and teaching people to release their limiting beliefs has become a passion for me. We all want so much for ourselves and our loved ones-- but the ‘yes-buts’ - hollering or whispering in the back of our minds - often block us from moving forward. “I’m not good enough!” “I can’t ask for this - it’s too much!” “Our family has to work hard for what we want!” “I’m too fat....”

I went to an East Coast graduate school and earned a Master’s degree in Social Work, which offered me a holistic perspective of humanity. I moved to the West Coast, spent time in corporate and healthcare environments, became licensed (LCSW), and am now in private practice, When I moved on to train in energy therapies, life and relationship coaching skills, I began to see very rapid and permanent changes with my clients - and with myself! Not needing to provide long-term psychotherapy was quite a refreshing way to work with my clients. And I was able to teach them how to help themselves when they were doing their day-to-day lives in between sessions. All of the techniques that I have learned now provide me with a unique blend of skills that I easily and happily share with my clients....and colleagues.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is simple to learn and easy to use. It is a method of tapping with the fingers on specific places on the body while saying certain things that you are feeling, or worrying about or thinking about. By rewiring the negative emotional patterns within you, you can then release the emotional triggers that blocked your desires and, ultimately, your freedom. Using EFT has been a freeing technique for me to release my limiting beliefs about abundance and manifesting my desires. I want to spread the word to everyone I meet who is having minor - or major - problems. From waiters in restaurants with headaches, to nurses with backaches, to fellow sightseers with fear of heights.... I offer this simple skill to anyone who wants relief! I love spreading the word, and as you can imagine, am very enthusiastic and excited about teaching you.

I joined Universe of Power in April of this year and have been enjoying the process of this bountiful and elegantly presented material. But back in Lesson #1 of the Quintessential Guide, I wondered if others were struggling with the ‘what-do-you-want decision-making process.’ I wondered if your own personal limiting beliefs were holding you back from really knowing you can have what you want.... and from really believing you can have it! So - you are asking the universe to take steps to respond to you in a way you like. And yet, the quiet little voices might follow you throughout the process. This is where EFT comes in for those of you who are not moving as easily as you thought, who might be having difficulty releasing your blocks.

Here are some recent testimonials:

EFT™ is the only thing that completely dissolved the emotional pain associated with my past traumatic incidents — and it worked fast. Almost so fast and effortless it seems too good to be true! Things that I know would normally eat me up inside, after doing EFT™ I stopped caring about them anymore.
~ Erica P.

I had a headache at a rating of a 9. Nancy talked me through a few rounds, the pain went down, down, and eventually after about 2 minutes…..it was at a 0! Yes, I was astounded, but now, whenever I have a headache, I tap it away.
~ Shelly L.

I met Nancy in a yoga class a few years ago and mentioned before a class that I had a headache. We stepped to another room and she had me do something she called "tapping." I did it and it helped (a lot!). At the time I didn't know how it worked, but it did. One day I called Nancy and said, "I don't want to do this any more." She said, "...let me show you how you don't have to repeat your painful feelings again." We started working with the EFT - amazing how after a short time I felt much better. I now use it for relaxing, relieving pain and stress, and whenever I think I want to overeat and I'm not really hungry. I still don't know how it works, but I do know it makes me feel good and it isn't a drug!

Prior to EFT, I wasn't able to drive anywhere unfamiliar, be in crowds of people, experienced panic attacks, had an eating disorder, had moderate diabetes, and was overweight, depressed and anxious. I didn't want to do anything that was fun. Since using EFT with Nancy's guidance, I have overcome and/or improved nearly every one of my previous problems.

Please join me on the September 7th call when I will teach you the beginning skills, will work with as many of you as time permits, and even if you don’t work one-to-one with me you will be Borrowing Benefits from everyone else. It’s another EFT-plus! You don’t have to be tapping on your specific issue to begin to clear your blocks and start to feel better. So I hope to talk to you then!

Peace,
Nancy

Announcing Our New UOP Coaching Program!

We are delighted to announce our new personalized coaching program, designed to help you speed up the manifesting process, and help you overcome your most stubborn limiting beliefs! Many of us seem to be able to manifest “small” things, but we tend to get into trouble when it comes to attracting the things that are most important to us. This is a very common problem, so if this is happening to you, know that you are not alone!

Here are the main issues we’re seeing people struggling with:

  • Difficulty believing you can really have what you desire
  • Major limiting beliefs about money
  • Difficulty attracting a healthy love relationship
  • Resolving health issues
  • Trouble sticking with the process
  • Can’t seem to get out of a negative slump
  • Frustration that it’s taking longer than you expect
  • Stress and worry about money and the future
  • Coping with fears in a “terrorized” world
  • “If I can’t seem to manifest a $20 bill, then how can I ever expect to manifest a new home or a new love?”

Let us help you to overcome your obstacles and limiting beliefs; get personalized coaching on your particular challenges; and take your manifesting to a whole new level!

In order to get the most out of our coaching, we strongly encourage you to be enrolled in our Quintessential Guide To Conscious Creation E-Course. This way, you’ll understand the process, and you can focus your full attention during the coaching on just the sticky details. We believe this is a much more efficient and worthwhile way for you to utilize your coaching time.

One-on-one coaching – $150 per hour

Some of our members have also expressed interest in group coaching calls once a week. If we find that there is enough interest in a group coaching program like this, we will create one in the very near future.
