“Gratitude is when memory is stored in the heart and not in the mind.”
~ Lionel Hampton

“Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation.”
~ Brian Tracy

“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.”
~ William Arthur Ward

“Gratitude is one of those things that cannot be bought. It must be born with men, or else all the obligations in the world will not create it.”
~ Edward F. Halifax

“Your friend is your field which you sow with love and reap with thanksgiving.”
~ Kahlil Gibran - Lebanese born American philosopher and Poet.

“You are always a valuable, worthwhile human being -- not because anybody says so, not because you're successful, not because you make a lot of money -- but because you decide to believe it and for no other reason.”
~ Wayne Dyer

“I believe that the very purpose of life is to be happy. From the very core of our being, we desire contentment. In my own limited experience I have found that the more we care for the happiness of others, the greater is our own sense of well-being. Cultivating a close, warmhearted feeling for others automatically puts the mind at ease. It helps remove whatever fears or insecurities we may have and gives us the strength to cope with any obstacles we encounter. It is the principal source of success in life. Since we are not solely material creatures, it is a mistake to place all our hopes for happiness on external development alone. The key is to develop inner peace.”

Feature Article:

A Time of Thanksgiving

This is the time of year that people stop for a moment to focus on the things for which they are grateful, and to give thanks for friends and family and all that is right in their lives.

Here at the Universe Of Power, we would like to say that we are eternally grateful for all the wonderful people that have come to our site and shared with us a part of themselves.

This year has been filled with many long days and lots of hard work, but in looking back, we see it was all worth it. The lives we've been able to touch shine more brightly than any diamond, the tears we have helped dry, more precious than the finest wine...and the smiles that have greeted us, more beautiful than any art work ever created.

We have truly been blessed with being allowed to reach out across the globe, to bring to people words of hope, and to give them a light to guide their way.

To all of our members, we say thank you. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve you.

But being grateful and expressing gratitude are not to be left to an annual review, they should be an integral part of a person’s daily routine. For gratitude is more than a thank you, it's a way of raising the harmony within.

As Wallace D. Wattles wrote in the Science of Getting Rich:

If it is a new thought to you that gratitude brings your whole mind into closer harmony with the creative energies of the universe, consider it well, and you will see that it is true. The good things you have already have come to you along the line of obedience to certain laws. Gratitude will lead your mind out along the ways by which things come, and it will keep you in close harmony with creative thought and prevent you from falling into competitive thought. Gratitude alone can keep you looking toward the all, and prevent you from falling into the error of thinking of the supply as limited — and to do that would be fatal to your hopes.

For as we live in gratitude, so too we think in a grateful way. In this act, our consciousness raises its vibration, and prepares the way to receive the abundance in our lives that Thanksgiving truly represents. But gratitude is more than a few words spoken, it's an emotion. It’s opening our heart to experience that lets our energy flow out in a particular way. Through this opening of our heart, our vibrations are raised closer to the levels of abundance and we begin to attract that into our lives.

Many philosophers and spiritual teachers have celebrated gratitude. The world's major religions prize gratitude as a morally beneficial emotional state that encourages reciprocal kindness.

In the words of Marcus Tullius Cicero, the Roman philosopher:

Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all the others.

Or as said by Melodie Beattie, author of Codependent No More:

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity.... It turns problems into gifts, failures into success, the unexpected into perfect timing, and mistakes into important events. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.

But it's not only religion and philosophy that speaks of the value of gratitude; science has also weighed in on the topic.

In a research study performed by Dr. Michael McCollough, of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and Dr. Robert Emmons, of the University of California at Davis, the results indicated that daily gratitude exercises resulted in higher reported levels of alertness, enthusiasm, determination, optimism and energy.

Additionally, the gratitude group experienced less depression and stress, was more likely to help others, exercised more regularly, and made more progress toward personal goals. According to the findings, people who feel grateful are also more likely to feel loved. McCollough and Emmons also noted that gratitude encouraged a positive cycle of reciprocal kindness among people, since one act of gratitude encourages another.

By living in gratitude EVERY day of the year, we change ourselves, inside and out, as we attract abundance and happiness into our lives.

So as we wish each other “Happy Thanksgiving”, remember the words of John F. Kennedy:

As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, and thank you!

A Special Message:

Creature of Habit or Consciousness

By Donna DeVane
(Universe Of Power Advisory Council Member)

I would like to invite you to an experiment of self-discovery and empowerment. This experiment came about when I moved my coffeepot from one counter top to another a few weeks ago. I had a grand time cleaning and rearranging my kitchen and made a great discovery as well. I noticed that for over a week I had to really be aware of going after a cup of coffee in order to go directly to the coffee pot in its new location. By habit I had the thought of coffee and headed straight to where the pot used to be, not where it is now. After laughing at myself several times I got to thinking about it in relationship to the “bigger picture” of my life.

How often do we continue with behaviors, thoughts, attitudes and beliefs out of pure habit? I think more often than we realize. We know that our thoughts, beliefs and actions continue a cycle of creation in our lives. What we think engages our emotions, which engage our creative abilities. We continue this cycle drawing to ourselves what we think, feel, expect and most often our creations are out of line with what we say we desire.

If you find yourself in a cycle of situations, relationships, experiences which are not in line with what you truly desire, then I challenge you to this experiment. Move something in your home. Move the couch or your favorite chair to another wall. Turn your bed around, move your toothbrush to another hole in the holder. Now notice how often you go to the original place rather than where you moved it to.

In order to change our lives, we must change our thoughts, attitudes, beliefs and actions. This little experiment will help make you more aware of how much a creature of habit you are.

Now for the fun part; changing to consciousness.

When we begin to actively choose to create and pay attention to our thoughts, we become very aware of how many of these thoughts are out of line with what we really desire. For me to say I want more money while thinking how broke I always am, continues the creation of being broke. However, when I begin to be aware of my thoughts I realize how many are out of line. At this point I don’t want to resist thoughts or fight against them as this only creates a battle within myself. Rather, I begin to consciously choose my thoughts. When I pay attention to myself I will be aware of when my thoughts are once again returning to habit and can then decide to think something different.

Being aware of the thoughts leads to an awareness of the energy or feeling of these thoughts. These feelings, this energy reaches out and invites more of the same into my life. Most of us do this over and over again and complain at what is in our life. This is the exciting part; you have a choice of what you think, how you feel and what you experience in your life creation. Choosing your thoughts puts you in line with what you desire. When I surround my life with pleasant, loving, happy thoughts my message to the Universe is “more of the same please”. The more you practice being a creature of consciousness, the less you will experience being a creature of habit.

Right now, make a decision to think something that makes you smile. Hold onto this thought, keep it alive within you. When you become aware of other thoughts, shift gears back over to the happy thought. You will notice almost at once a great change in your life.

Smiles,
Donna DeVane

Science in the News:

“I thought I saw it move…”

Horror movies have long since overused this phrase, but with the results of the latest research in, you may just HAVE seen it move, but it wasn’t because of demonic possession.

In the Quantum world, particles and atoms live in a world that seems bizarre to those of us in the macroscopic world of trees and houses.

The problem comes when we try to find the dividing line between the two worlds, or in determining even if that line exists. One scientist who decided to go looking for the line is Keith Schwab, Associate Professor of Physics who recently moved to Cornell from the National Security Agency. He has created a device that approaches this quantum mechanical limit at the largest length-scale to date. (Published in the September 14th issue of the journal Nature)

According to the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle, certain properties of particles are ‘paired’ (such as position and velocity), and it’s impossible to precisely measure both of these properties in the pairs at the same time. Put another way, if we measure a particle’s exact speed (according to Heisenberg), then we cannot know its exact position, and vice versa.

Schwab and his colleagues were able to get closer than ever to that theoretical limit with their measurements. They also demonstrated a phenomenon called Quantum back action, in which the act of observing something actually gives it a nudge, making it move.

And surprisingly, the research also has shown how researchers can lower the temperature of an object, just by watching it.

An image of the device, courtesy of Cornell University

The device is actually a tiny sliver of aluminum on silicon nitride (8.7 microns, or millionths of a meter, long; 200 nanometers, or billionths of a meter, wide). It’s pinned down at both ends and allowed to vibrate in the middle. Nearby, Schwab positioned a superconducting single electron transistor (SSET) to detect minuscule changes in the sliver's position.

"We made measurements of position that are so intense -- so strongly coupled -- that by looking at it we can make it move," said Schwab. "Quantum mechanics requires that you cannot make a measurement of something and not perturb it. We're doing measurements that are very close to the uncertainty principle; and we can couple so strongly that by measuring the position we can see the thing move."

The device, while tiny by our standards, is about ten thousand billion atoms, which is far larger than the typical quantum world of elementary particles.

Still, while that result was unprecedented, it had been predicted by theory. But the second observation was a surprise: By applying certain voltages to the transistor, the researchers saw the system's temperature decrease.

"By looking at it you cannot only make it move; you can pull energy out of it," said Schwab. "And the numbers suggest, if we were to keep going on with this work, we would be able to cool this thing very cold. Much colder than we could if we just had this big refrigerator."

Schwab has now focused on the task of figuring out the bigger problem of quantum mechanics: whether it holds true in the macroscopic world; and if not, where the system breaks down.

For that he's focusing on another principle of quantum mechanics -- the superposition principle -- which holds that a particle can simultaneously be in two places at once.

"We're trying to make a mechanical device be in two places at one time. What's really neat is it looks like we should be able to do it," he said. "The hope, the dream, the fantasy is that we get that superposition and start making bigger devices and find the breakdown."

As science progresses, larger and larger objects consisting of trillions of quantum particles, are being shown to possess the same quantum quirks as those that exist in their quantum building blocks.

So, is that coffee cup in front of you moving?

For Mind & Body:

It was worse than I imagined!
And why you should care…

Psychologists have long known that memories of traumatic events, especially those with disturbing emotional experiences (such as an act of violence or the unexpected death of a loved one), are more vivid and more deeply imprinted in the brain than those of ordinary events. However, until now, they could not determine exactly why the brain chose to better remember events that most would rather forget, than those that people actually WANT to remember.

Researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison have found that the act of anticipation of a fearful situation actually causes two memory-forming regions of the brain to be activated, before the event has occurred.

The research conducted by Jack Nitschke, Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry, shows that the simple act of anticipation may play a surprisingly important role in how fresh the memory of a tough experience remains.

"Our study illustrates how the power of expectancy can extend to memory formation as well," says Nitschke. "Just the expectation of seeing something bad can enhance the memory of it after it happens."

As an example of how important is this finding, imagine a person who struggles with the fear of public speaking. They might feel anxious or afraid before every speech they have to give. As the research suggests, the longer they spend dreading the next speech, the stronger their memory of the uncomfortable experience is likely to be when it’s over. Unfortunately, that sets a vicious cycle in motion, because the stronger the memory of discomfort, the worse their performance anxiety is likely to become the next time.

The UW-Madison scientists found that two key regions of the brain - the amygdala and the hippocampus - become activated when a person is anticipating a difficult situation. Scientists think the amygdala is associated with the formation of emotional memories, while the hippocampus helps the brain form long-term recollections, Nitschke says.

"We found that the more activated the amygdala and hippocampus had been during the anticipation [of the event], the more likely it was that a person would remember more of them right away," says Nitschke.

Kristen Mackiewicz, a graduate student involved with the research project, says the anticipation of an uncomfortable situation probably kick-starts a kind of "arousal or fear circuitry" in the brain, which in turn helps to reinforce old memories.

So now let’s apply this to the act of expectation of positive events. As we expect abundance in our lives, we will be breaking the cycle of fear and want, and impressing on our memories a positive remembrance of life. So let’s activate that brain and start expecting the best life has to offer.

The findings of the brain-imaging study appear in the current issue of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

Ask Mr. Photon:

Q: How do I understand Quantum Physics in real life terms?

What does "distribution of probability" mean?

How does matter "collapse"?

How does "observing" work, especially if you are blind?

How do you know that a particle is a wave when you aren’t observing it?

A:
(Warning: Quantum Physics ahead! But don’t be afraid…
I’ll explain it in real world terms shortly.)

Well, I’m beginning to feel like the days of my youth when I worked in a particle accelerator (as in, INSIDE the accelerator). I have been bombarded with great questions pertaining to several key concepts in Quantum Physics, so I’ve decided to re-visit the topic of Wave-Particle Duality and the Observer Effect. (Hopefully I can explain it better this time!)

Actually, there are several areas here that we will be looking into: Wave-Particle Duality, Young’s Double-Slit Experiment, and just for the fun of it, The Zero Point Field.

Don’t let the names bother you; it is all really simple, once you understand a few key concepts. So let’s take a ride with the Quantum Express into the world of the Quanta with a brief review of the history.

The nature of matter, and in particular light, was the topic of debate for centuries. Slowly, these ‘building blocks’ of matter were discovered, but what was the nature of these ‘blocks’?

In the case of the photon, the ‘building block’ of light, people wondered, how did these photons act? Some argued that light behaved as a particle. And since waves require a medium to transmit themselves through (like water transmits ocean waves, or air transmits sound waves), and since they could ‘prove’ that no such medium existed in the vacuum of space, light HAD to be a particle to travel from the Sun to the Earth.

Yet others stated that it must be a wave, in order to explain its ‘wave-like’ properties, such as interference and diffraction. To them, just because we hadn’t found the ‘medium’ that allowed the light waves to traverse through space, it didn’t mean it wasn’t there.

The debate raged on for over a century, with the prevailing theory switching from one side of the debate to the other. Then, in 1801, a British scientist named Thomas Young performed an experiment using a “double slit” apparatus to test the nature of light, thus ending the debate for the next 85 years.

What Young found was that light actually behaved as a wave. Later experiments in other laboratories would demonstrate that other elementary particles also shared this ‘dual’ nature, including electrons, protons and neutrons.

Below is a diagram of Young’s experiment. On the left is what would be expected if light was a particle. But what he found was that light demonstrated wave properties of ‘constructive’ and ‘destructive’ interference (as seen on the right in the diagrams).

This means that, as the peak of one wave from one slit hits the peak of a wave from the other slit, they ‘amplify’ each other, thus creating a brighter band of light. Where a peak from one meets the valley of the other, they cancel each other out (like positives and negatives), and you are left with a dark band in between.

(Click here for an illustration of wave interference, courtesy of Zona Land)

Young’s experiment

So, scientists were convinced for the next 85 years that light photons behaved as waves. But that wasn’t the whole story…

Quantum Weirdness Was Born!

Quantum Weirdness

It wasn’t until the early 20th century (after the discovery of the electron in 1897), that scientists decided to put the electron through the same double slit experiment. At this point, scientists were convinced that an electron was a particle. They could isolate it, measure it, and knew it was a particle. But a funny thing happened when they put the electron through the double slit experiment: it acted like a wave!

Scientists were deeply puzzled. They knew the electron was a particle, so why was it acting this way?

Then they tried shooting electrons through the slits, one at a time, figuring that they must be bumping into each other before they hit the screen. The same interference pattern occurred.

But that would mean that the electron would be interfering with itself! That could only be possible if the electron, somehow, was going through both slits at the SAME time. So they decided to look and see.

Here Comes The Weird Part

When they looked to see which slit it was going through, they found that it was only going through one. But the weird part was that the interference pattern disappeared. Now they got only two bands of electrons underneath each slit. But when they turned off the detectors, the interference pattern emerged again!

You can see a great demonstration of this in our video library under Quantum Physics Double Slit Experiment - What The Bleep Movie

So What Is REALLY Going On?

Quantum objects have what is called ‘Wave-Particle Duality’. That’s a fancy way of saying that sometimes they act like waves, and sometimes they act like particles. The particle part is usually easier to understand, as we picture in our minds the old (and outmoded) model of the atom we learned in school, with the nucleus at the center and electrons circling around like orbiting planets. But the wave aspect is a little more difficult.

What is this wave? It behaves much like the waves we see in water, but it is far from that in reality. These waves are actually waves of probability. And it is the distribution of these probabilities that represent the wave pattern.

Ok, so that’s a little hard to swallow. What does a distribution of probability have to do with a wave? Well, what scientists have discovered is that, until an electron is actually observed, it doesn’t actually exist. Yes, it’s still real, but it exists in Super-position - which means that it exists at each point that one might likely find it, in the same density as it is likely to be found there.

Ok, enough complicated words, now onto a simple example to illustrate our point.

Imagine, if you will, that you toss a baseball into the air and let it fall back to the ground. Now you mark the ground where it fell by putting a penny there, and you throw it up in the air again. You repeat this a million-trillion-googlezillian times. (Ok, I made that last part up.)

What would you see when you’re done? You would see that all around you were pennies. In some places there would be big piles of pennies, in other places, none - or maybe only one penny. What you have created is a probability wave, with peaks being the tall piles of pennies, and valleys being places with no pennies.

Now, with an electron, something strange happens. When you ‘throw’ the electron up into the air, and when it comes down, it exists in EVERY possible place at once.

It exists more often in the places with tall piles of pennies, and less often where there are fewer pennies. But it is everywhere, and nowhere, at once. For you see, while in Super-position it isn’t actually a particle, but a wave of possible outcomes. And its information (that is, how to be that electron particle) is spread out everywhere, according to its likelihood of being there. So, in even those most rare possible outcomes (like sitting on the bottom of a plane that happened to fly overhead when you threw the ball up), it is there.

This is the wave nature of a quanta. So, as the double slit experiment has proven, the electron actually, all at the same time, went through both slits, and neither slit, and the left slit, and the right slit, and into the ceiling, and dropped onto the floor, and banged into a passing fly and… (Alright, you get the point.)

All of these probability positions existed at once. Some of them ‘interfered’ with others and canceled each other out, while others ‘amplified’ each other, creating a higher area of probability.

Collapsing The Wave

Now enters the observer (i.e., you). What happens when we actually look for this electron?

That’s when the electron changes into its new state. If we see that it goes through one slit, now it becomes impossible for it to be anywhere else. So, all of the possibilities of that electron being somewhere else have gone.

If we see it go through the left slit, then it can’t possibly go through the right slit too.

Back to the baseball example, once it hits the ground, and we find it, it doesn’t matter if it is possible for the ball to be somewhere else – it’s right there. The same is true of the electron (and all other quantum particles): once we see it, it can’t be anywhere else. So it converts to an electron, and the wave is gone.

The Observer

So what does ‘observing’ or ‘seeing’ really mean? It means to measure and consciously observe the results.

If we just put the measuring device there and never turn it on, or if we just delete the results, the wave is still there. It is not until we are actually conscious of its location that the electron is forced from a wave of possible locations, into a particle with just one location. That doesn’t mean actually seeing it, but in some way being conscious of where it actually is.

But how do we know the electrons are a wave without observing them? The double slit experiment does just that. It actually creates a place for the wave to interfere with itself. Once the electron wave passes through the two slits, it interferes and alters the wave.

When we then ‘look’ for the electron, it is after this interference is allowed to happen. That’s when it strikes the screen. At that moment, the electron must collapse the new wave and choose a spot to land on the screen. By looking at how this choice was made, after enough particles hit the screen, we see that the electron chooses more often to be in areas where it would more likely be found, and less often in areas where it is less likely.

Thus, by looking at the distribution, we see the results of interference after it occurred, and we can deduce that it must have been acting like a wave to produce this result when it passed through the slits.

It’s like walking outside in the morning and seeing the sidewalk is wet. We know it must have rained, though we never really saw it rain. So we don’t actually have to see the wave, but can look at the results and know it existed.

So where does Conscious Creation fit in?

Let’s step back and take a look at that coffee cup sitting in front of you. Take a close look at it. It’s just sitting there, isn’t it? But in actuality, when you aren’t looking, it isn’t just sitting there. The particles are randomly converting from waves to particles, and back again. There are enough particles to make it appear that your coffee cup is just sitting there when you look at it, but not all of them. Now, when you aren’t looking, your cup becomes a wave. It's in several places nearby all at once.

At the same time, within that wave exists all discrete locations of where your cup can be. In "reality" your cup exists in this probability cloud, where it can be a half a millimeter up, half down, someone can walk into your room right now and cause you to knock your cup off the table and onto the floor, or they may not. It might even be in several places, with pieces scattered across the floor.

It's all a game of dice, which is what prompted Albert Einstein to decry, “God doesn’t play dice!”

However, Quantum mechanics says that Einstein was wrong, and that God does in fact play dice. Stephen Hawking was later quoted as saying, “God not only plays dice, He often throws them in places we can’t see.”

Who makes the decision regarding how the wave function collapses as experienced by us?

The Universe?
Is it random chance?
Do we have some say in the matter?

All of the above.

We can choose to have this random collapse occur with the cup on the floor, or force it to collapse and leave the cup on the table (my choice). Most of us simply unconsciously choose to leave the cup where it is, because we can’t believe that it could be anywhere else. After all, it’s a cup…and there is this thing called gravity, right?

At any point in time, the particles that make up the matter around us are in this ‘Super-position’. At some point they will ‘decide’ where to appear.

Will it be consciously determined, or unconsciously? Or maybe you prefer dice?

Advanced Readers Only!

Now for something interesting to think about. What if all possible locations occurred at the same ‘time’? You see the cup there in front of you, but maybe that’s only one place it actually exists. Maybe there’s another possible place for the cup, with another possible ‘you’ looking at it. Maybe in some other possible world, the cup is spilled on the floor with another possible ‘you’ running to get the mop. And the ‘real you’ chose to be in this world with this cup.

And therein lies the subject of a future article, The Many Worlds Interpretation of Quantum mechanics. Put simply, this theory suggests that every time there is a ‘choice’ to be made, a split occurs where a new world is created for every possible outcome to occur in. More in the next edition of the Quantum Express.

by Neale Donald Walsch

“If we really know everything that is truly important to know about God—and if all that has been revealed, all that has been taught, all that has been said and sung about God has brought humanity to this, then what good has all of it been?

“Yet if there is something new for us to learn, something more for us to understand about God, then it’s still possible for the human condition to change. Hope returns.”

This is not a book about religion, not in the sense you might think. Don’t avoid reading it because you “don’t read those kinds of books.” This book will surprise you. All it says on the back jacket is “When was the last time you read a dangerous book?” I’m not sure how dangerous it really is, but it is provocative, fascinating, freeing, intriguing—it’s a book that makes you think.

I am a person who likes to flip through a book, reading things here and there, looking at the end even (yes, one of those!) before I start to read. With this book I don’t recommend doing this. I really recommend, when you get the book, that you just start at the beginning and read one page after another. It’s a small book and won’t take you long.

This is not like others of Walsch’s books, where it is the transcript of a dialogue between him and God. This one is all in Walsch’s words - it is the distillation of all he’s thought about through his process of dialoguing in this way for all these years.

The first section is his view of where we are today in our “official” understanding of what God wants—that is, the cultural, accepted understanding of this, not church doctrine or creed, but how we live in the world because of what we believe about God’s desire and demands. Though there will be many parts of this that you will personally not agree with, it pays to read it anyway, to get a sense of how these ideas about God are reflected in the world as it is.

Then there is the part that tells what God really wants. This may be just what you expected; it may be just what you expected Walsch to say (a different thing, perhaps); it may shock you; you may think it is ridiculous; you may discount his opinion completely, think he’s crazy, disbelieve. Or you may love it. However it hits you, please read the last part of the book. His discussion of how we could use his idea is worth it, whether you agree with him or not.

This book will make you think; not a small thing, in a book or anything else. That’s more important than whether you agree with him or not. Looking at reality in a conscious way, and feeling able to make choices about what you think, feel and experience—isn’t that our goal? Isn’t that what we all want?

Whatever you think about his conclusions, this book will help you do that.

Larry King Live This month, CNN talk show host Larry King suprised us all by leaping onto the Law of Attraction bandwagon. When his producer saw the film The Secret, she was so excited that she just had to produce two shows this month about the Law of Attraction. Not only that, but they plan on airing one show each month on this topic going forward.

On November 2nd, King had five guests on his panel, all of whom appeared either in The Secret or in What The Bleep Do We Know?! (two of our most favorite films). And on November 16th, he had five more guests from The Secret and elsewhere, all talking about the Law of Attraction. We were especially pleased to hear King himself say that this is all backed up by hard science, since as you know, that's what we demonstrate through our website.

This is fantastic news for those of us who believe that the more people who know about the Law of Attraction, the better off we all will be! Those of you who've been with us for a while know that our vision is to have this life-changing knowledge spread all around the planet. So when a top NEWS channel starts talking about it, this is just more clear evidence that the entire planet is going through a massive shift in consciousness...right now.

This shift is clearly leading to far more personal empowerment than we've ever before experienced! And it may create some discomfort for a while, as the power shifts away from governments, away from the military, away from the corporations...and towards the individual and his or her own inner power. So hang on folks, we're in for the ride of our lives!

What an amazing time to be alive.

Watch the entire first episode of Larry King live on our website here.

As soon as it's available, we will also be posting the second episode in our video library.

The Quintessential Guide To Conscious
Creation
Audios Are A Big Hit!

We recently announced the newest feature of our Conscious Creation E-Course (QGCC). We are so happy to offer you professionally recorded Audios, narrated by Frank Smith and recorded by Bill Schreiner in the studios of Achieve Radio. These guys worked long and hard to create a beautiful product, and our members who've already heard them are thrilled. Here's just one of the comments we received:

"It's wonderful! Frank is very lively and animated and so easy to listen to.....where did you find him?"

- Nancy Polites, Newport Beach, CA

Actually, Nancy, we found Frank by manifesting him at precisely the right time, and of course he manifested us as well. Frank contacted us just when we needed his wonderful musical talent to compose beautiful and inspiring music for our Imagine Video (which you can view from our homepage).

Then when we were ready, he was right there offering to record the Audio Lessons for us...

And soon we'll be announcing his next big UOP project. This is the Law of Attraction at work!

Please enjoy an entire lesson from the Quintessential Guide as our gift to you. You can listen to, download, or read Lesson Two here.

If you're already enrolled in the QGCC, and you haven't yet listened to the audios, you can find them here (signin required). No further payment is required, because you were entitled to lifetime updates once you purchased the course.

If you haven't yet enrolled, we encourage you to start Consciously Creating your new life today!

Holosync

Center Pointe Institute
Holosync Audio Technology

For those of you who have difficulty meditating, we recommend a powerful and easy way to reach a deep meditative state in mere minutes. The Holosync Solution is a phenomenal CD program that can do this, and it's also highly pleasurable, too!

I have meditated on and off for many years, and never before had I been able to reach such a deep level. With Holosync, it happens automatically, just by listening to the pleasant sound of rainfall and Tibetan bells (the audio technology is recorded underneath, but is inaudible to the listener).

I've been using Holosync for more than a year now, and the changes in me began even while I was just listening to their 20-minute demo (see below), while waiting for the CD to come in the mail. My husband even said I seemed "different" after only two sessions! (For instance, I didn't even cuss when I dropped a full basket of soggy coffee grounds on the kitchen floor, which was a first!) In those early days, I found my stress and worry dissipating, and a peaceful feeling settling over me. Nowadays, every time I need a nice relaxing break from work, I go right for my Holosync CD, and enjoy what feels like a long hot bubble bath for the mind.

Here are some of the benefits according to Centerpointe's website:

  • Stimulate the creation of new neural pathways between the right and left hemispheres of your brain, balancing your brain and leading you to a high-performance state scientists call "whole brain functioning"

  • Dramatically improve your learning ability, memory, intuition, creativity, and your ability to focus, concentrate and think more clearly

  • Create true quantum leaps in your personal self awareness

  • Significantly lower your stress levels, and lower the levels of harmful brain chemicals related to stress

  • Create remarkable improvements in your mental and emotional health - even in areas that have stubbornly resisted change with other approaches

  • Dramatically increase your production of vital (and very pleasurable) brain chemicals related to your longevity, well-being, and quality of life

At the very least, try the free demo

It may just blow your mind!
