About Karen Vizer
Karen spent 15 years as an executive in healthcare prior starting her own business. She has a nursing degree and a Chiropractic degree. Karen received her coaching education from Corporate Coach University, Coach U. She is a founding member of Coachville and is a member of the School of Coaching.
Karen is internationally known as a coach, workshop facilitator, mentor to other coaches, and author. She has coached individuals, business owners and organizational leadership and teams. After twenty years of working in the human resources field, Perenna, like many of us, knew something was missing: passion and life purpose. She sought out a new direction through coaching. Raised in London and the intuitive Highlands of Scotland, Perenna’s heritage - when combined with training and experience - helped make her the coaches’ coach. Her passion for coaching and her commitment to her own growth has given her focus and wholeness she so long sought. She now sees that working in human resources was just a step along the way in the beautiful mysteries of the journey.
Perenna was educated in England and France and is a certified Advanced Wavemaker Coach, Human Software Engineer, and laser coach. Another powerful force in her coaching development has been her work over the last five years in our inner cities with ex-offenders and addicts, men and women. Frustrated at seeing over 70% of these individuals return to jail or their addictions, she sought better and faster ways of helping them. Perenna is pioneering the creation of an environment to support her clients in maintaining and sustaining their freedom from past actions and activities.
