This month we thought we would do something a little different. Instead of having a guest on, this will be a free coaching call on the process of Conscious Creation, hosted by me, Jessica LaRock.

Of all the recent breakthroughs in energy healing techniques, BodyTalk is one of the most exciting and promising I have encountered. It connects the body’s innate wisdom and consciousness with quantum mechanics, producing a powerful yet non-invasive healing modality which restores the mind, body, and spirit to harmony and balance.
Our bodies already have the innate ability to heal themselves. If we cut ourselves, the body immediately sets up a process to start healing the wound. This occurs at several levels - physical, emotional, and mental. Although this is obvious to every one of us, most people do not fully realize just how wonderful the human body's healing mechanism actually is.

Wendy discusses the fact that making a decision is the first critical step of successfully manifesting your desires. Making a decision is a topic frequently discussed in daily life, but rarely understood in its true power and proper application. Decision making is rarely done properly (if at all!), simply because most of us were never taught how to do it correctly. But without it, it is highly unlikely that you will ever successfully manifest what you desire.
Teleseminar #2 - The Power Of Focus - Single-minded focus on your goal, whether it's an extra $50, or building a million dollar business, is going to attract what you want into your life much faster. After all, quantum physics proves that everything is made of pure energy (including you and me). So by focusing all of your energy on that which you desire, you are literally aligning the energy of your desire with that of the Universe, thus becoming a really powerful MAGNET to attract it to you.
Teleseminar #3 - Expecting - After Deciding, and then Focusing on your goal, it's critical that you fully Expect the Universe to deliver. No matter how well you manage the first two steps, if you don't expect results, they probably will not occur. Transforming your limiting beliefs are key to this part of the process.
