Wendy Byford - Bio Wendy Byford spent 3 decades in the corporate world of sales, consulting and customer support, helping large international customers solve complex business issues. In the last 7 years of her corporate career, she built and managed international teams that specialized in pushing the envelope to do things that had never been done before. To bring these teams together with a single focus, Wendy led her people to establish a common purpose, vision, values, goals and operational plans. She taught her employees to focus on the result to be accomplished, not on the mistakes along the way, and to go the extra mile. Wendy coached both managers and individual contributors, and found her highest reward in watching people do what they thought was impossible. In 2002 Wendy left Corporate America to do real estate investing, where she met many people who were either starting companies or struggling to grow companies that had been in operation for a few years.
